I wanted to talk to you about he power of positive thinking and its importance, because positive thinking promotes us to believe in our better future.
If you want to have a better life, you have to believe that better life is possible.
For years I used to cling to negativity, but only when I trained myself to think positive, I started making a progress. Our brain, which is in charge of our safety, is actually designed to prioritize the negative thoughts over positive. It wants us to stay where we are at the moment, because it is safer than trying something that is unknown. And when a thought pops up in your mind like, “I want to quit my job”, your brain’s algorithm will prioritize an answer, “No! It’s not safe!” And if you don’t make an effort, and just keep your brain on autopilot, you’ll think, “oh I wish I could, but I can’t”, and you will never make a progress.
